Objectives
Keeping our facilities clean and clutter free is the
ultimate goal at BAMC, so with that in mind the new
facility has been designed to include space in each
area for supplies to be delivered and staged so that
nothing is dropped off or kept in the hallways.
Process
A multi-faceted team was formed to look at all
possible options to deliver and store supplies in each
department of the new facility. The team consisted of
the following:
